Terms of service
These terms govern the services Webaroo Media LLC (“Webaroo Media,” “we,” “us”) provides to you (“Client,” “you”). Signing a service agreement, paying an invoice, or using our services means you accept these terms. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Effective October 13, 2026
1. Services
Webaroo Media provides Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising management and related services as described in your package: campaign strategy, ad creative, targeting, launch, optimization, landing pages, lead follow-up automation, CRM pipeline setup, tracking, review-request automation, and reporting.
The scope of each package is listed on our Packages page and in your service agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
2. Fees, setup fee, and ad spend
Services are billed as a flat monthly retainer, quoted on your audit call and stated in your service agreement. The retainer is due in advance each month.
A setup fee applies to installing the growth stack. The setup fee is currently waived. If it is reinstated, it will appear in your service agreement before you sign.
Ad spend is separate from the retainer. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account. Webaroo Media never holds or marks up ad spend. You are responsible for all charges Meta bills to your account, including charges that result from campaigns we manage on your behalf.
3. Term and cancellation
The initial term is 90 days from the date campaigns go live. After the initial term, services continue month to month.
Either party may cancel after the initial term with written notice before the next billing date. Retainers already paid are not refunded. We may suspend or end services if an invoice is more than 15 days late or if you ask us to run campaigns that violate Meta's policies or applicable law.
4. What we guarantee, and what we do not
We guarantee the process and the deliverables written in your service agreement: for example, campaigns live within the stated window, every lead followed up by automated text and call within the stated time, creative tested on the stated schedule, and reports delivered on the stated schedule. If we miss a written deliverable, tell us in writing and we will correct it.
We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, cost per lead, booked-job counts, close rates, review counts, or any other business outcome. Those depend on your pricing, your market, your team, your reputation, and Meta's platform, none of which we control. Any projections we share are estimates, not promises.
5. Your responsibilities
You will give us the access we need (ad account, Business Manager, pixel, domain, calendar, CRM) within 5 business days of signing, respond to approval requests within 2 business days, and keep your ad account in good standing with Meta.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about your business, your licensing, your pricing, and the services you offer. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, videos, logos, and testimonials you give us.
6. Ownership and access
You own your ad account, pixel, audiences, customer data, and any creative made specifically for you once the invoices covering it are paid. Landing pages, automation sequences, and pipeline configurations built on our platforms are licensed to you for the duration of the engagement; we will export your contact data to you on request at the end of the engagement.
We may reference the work we did for you, including non-confidential results, in our own marketing unless you tell us in writing not to.
7. Communications and lead data
The follow-up automation sends texts and places calls to people who submit your forms. You are responsible for ensuring your forms collect the consent required by law in your jurisdiction, and you authorize us to send those communications on your behalf. We will honor opt-out requests immediately.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webaroo Media's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the retainer fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by Meta's platform, policy enforcement, outages, or account restrictions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
